How do I download my digital bootlegs?
Once you make the purchase in the store, you will want to log into your account, go to My Account--->Order History, then click View & download the Bootleg.
PJ downloads are not like iTunes downloads, they are compressed and need to be uncompressed before you listen to them.
You need to SAVE the file to your desktop. Once the zip file is saved, you need to double click on the zip file to uncompress the files and a new folder will be created and the files will be in this folder. Please note where this folder is placed, it's easiest to have it on your desktop. You can then drag the folder into your iTunes, or click on the individual files and, if iTunes is your default media player, the song will open with iTunes.
If you are using Internet Explorer, you may have issues. Please try another browser like Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc.

What forms of payment are accepted at Ten Club?
The Ten Club Shop accepts Visa, MC, AMX and Discover cards only.
Does Ten Club charge a sales tax?
Ten Club is required to charge sales tax on any items being shipped to Washington State. There is no sales tax on orders shipped anywhere else.
How long does it take for my order to be fulfilled?
All Orders are fulfilled by the Ten Club in Seattle, WA. All Orders will be fulfilled within 1-4 Business days (not including weekends) depending on current volume of orders.
Or times when our offices are not open. Example - Holidays, etc. Once your order is received, it will be processed, and carefully packaged, and delivered as expediently as possible. Some items are shipped separately like Posters, Books, and Bootleg CD's.
Bootleg CD's are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you have questions on your Bootleg CD order, please email Orders@nugs.net
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
As long as you provided a valid email address during checkout, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please be sure to check the email carefully for any address issues with the Shipping Address.If there are any address issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org right away to let us know of the issue.
You will then receive another email letting you know your order has been shipped. At this point, it is too late to make any changes to the order.
What is My Order Number?
Your Order Number is used to help us find your order.You can find this in the confirmation email you receive when you place your order. You can also find this information in your Order History.
What is the Status of My Order?
Please log in to your Ten Club account. Go to My Account--->Order History. This is where you will find your Order Status.
Now that I know my order status, what do the different statuses mean?
We have a few different statuses for your order, these show you the different steps of your order or if there was a problem.
Pending = Your order has been received and is in queue for processing.
Warehouse = Your credit card is good and we are packing the order up now!
Shipped = Everything went smoothly, your credit card is good, your order was all packed up and is shipping out to you!
Order Exceptions = There is an issue with your Billing/Shipping address, you have used an invalid Credit Card or added extra characters like dashes/spaces, or you have ordered an item which is no longer in stock.
Can I use multiple Coupon Codes for a single order?
Multiple Coupon Codes cannot be used for one order. If you enter multiple Coupon Codes during checkout, your order will be voided at our discretion.
What is a "pre-order"?
We will offer some products available for "pre-order". Items available for pre-order will be flagged and noted on the product page in the Shop. This page will display estimated shipping date(s).*If an order is a pre-sale item, pre-order, delayed in being shipped & you move, please email the Shipping Dept. to let them know you have a new address before the item is shipped.
What if I place an order and you don't have the item in stock?
While Ten Club makes every attempt to only offer products for sale that are in stock, occasionally our customers will place an order for an item that is out-of-stock. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and any in stock items will be shipped to you.
Why can't I see my order history?
Orders placed on the old site (before June 6, 2012) will not appear in your order history on the new site. We hope to offer an order history archive in the future. All orders placed starting June 6, 2012 are viewable in your order history.
WHAT IF MY RETURN IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
We cannot issue refunds for items not received by our returns department. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method to ensure successful delivery.
WHY was I required to pay IMPORT FEES in order to receive the items i ordered from Ten Club?
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further info. You can find your LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE by doing a internet search using those words.
