How can I be sure to receive email updates?
Unfortunately some email providers like to block or delay our automated emails. It's always a good idea to check your junk/spam folder. Also please be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org & email@example.com to your email address book.
WHAT is a CVV SECURITY CODE and WHERE can i find it on my card?
The CVV Security Code is an important Internet security feature that now appears on the back of Visa/MasterCard/Discover cards and the front of American Express cards. This is a 3 digit or 4 digit code.

If you'd like to purchase a gift membership online, you'll need to make sure you are logged out of your existing membership account if you are a member. If you do not know the recipient's log in information, you'll need to SIGN UP with the gift recipient's email address and a password.
At that point, you can follow the regular directions to join the fan club - At the top of the screen click on My Account, then Become a Member. Choose Membership Level, then you will want to go through the billing process, just make sure you put their name and address as the main information, and your billing information in the space provided. You will receive confirmation for the purchase in YOUR name, but the account will be in their name.
Please Note: An email confirmation will be sent to the email address registered to the gift recipient.
So if you want it to be a surprise, please register with an email address you have access to so you can receive the activation email – we or you can update it once you give it as a gift. You will also receive a “Welcome” email with the Membership Information. If they have a current Membership account & you make a new one, be sure to let us know when you have given them the gift so we can merge the accounts.
If you do not want an email to go to them, or you'd like to purchase the gift membership offline, you may purchase it via mail (this can take a month or more to receive & process), or fax: 206.447.1848 (please let us know if you fax)
Please Note: To remove your Billing information from the recipient's account, once the Membership is processed, go to My Account--->My Membership & choose Do Not Renew. This will remove your Billing information.
I RESET MY PASSWORD, now the NEW PASSWORD will NOT work.

To update your account email:
Please Note: Changing your email will require verification. Please check that you have entered your email address correctly.
An email will be sent to the address you have entered with an Activation Code.

With our site, you must be an active paid member of the Ten Club to post on the message board. You do not have to be a paid member to join the Fan Club. You can purchase most items on our site & read the forum. There are fan sites that do not require memberships. Please go to HERE for Membership information.
Every time I login and click on a new page, it logs me out. What's the problem?

I think someone accessed my account without my approval. What should I do?
If you feel that someone has accessed your account without your approval, we ask that you reset your password.

What’s needed to create a STRONG password?
STRONG passwords should be a minimum of 6 characters combining numbers, letters (lower and upper case) and symbols (!@#$%^&_). An example of a STRONG password is: 10Club=love
Always choose a password that you'll be able to remember. For security purposes we advise not to give out your password to anyone.

I FORGOT my login PASSWORD, now what?
1. Please click “Log In” on the top nav bar and choose "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD"
2. Enter your email address on file and click on “RESET PASSWORD”
3. A new password will then be sent to the email address connected to your account
4. Check your spam/junk folders if you do not receive an email in your inbox
I created a FREE non-member ACCOUNT, how do I UPGRADE TO A PAID TEN CLUB MEMBERSHIP?
To upgrade your account to a paid Premium Ten Club Membership:
1. Login to your account and click on MY ACCOUNT
2. Click on UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP
3. Choose the Membership Level you Prefer (Analog or Digital)
4. Click JOIN NOW and enter billing/shipping & payment information
I never received an ACTIVATION CODE
Please check your email spam/junk folders. Also, please keep in mind that some emails may be blocked or delayed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). If you still need further assistance please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Activation Code".
