What Shipping Options are Available?
Ten Club ships via UPS Mail Innovations.
UPS picks up orders at the Ten Club Warehouse, then using the UPS network, hands the packages off at your local USPS Post Office for final delivery. Orders may be tracked on both UPS and USPS websites.
Our Warehouse is located in Seattle, WA.
How can I find out how much it costs to ship my order?
The easiest way to calculate the shipping cost is by going through the check out process. Shipping cost is based on weight & shipping destination. Orders are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations with delivery confirmation. At this time, only Standard Shipping is available.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
Once your order has been processed & shipped, delivery times can vary depending on destination, holidays, weather, etc.
Domestic - 5-8 business days via UPS Mail Innovations.
Tracking Information - For US orders, your tracking information is included on your Shipping Confirmation email. You will also be able to log into your account if you have an account, go to My Account, Order History & click View to see your Tracking link.
Tracking starts off through UPS and then is given to USPS to finish the delivery. It can take 24-48 hours to be viewable on the UPS site.
International - Standard transit time to Canada, UK, Northern Europe, and Australia/NZ is approximately 10-14 business days. Other countries can take 6-8 weeks to arrive.
For Orders being shipped outside of the United States: Customs, Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
I don't live in the U.S. What about customs, duties and taxes?
For Orders being shipped outside of the United States: Customs, Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders placed in the store that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
I just received my order & you sent me the wrong item(s) or an item(s) is missing. What should I do.
If this happened to your order we obviously didn't intend to make this mistake. Please email shipping@tenclub.net with the details of what you did and didn't receive and we'll take care of the problem quickly.
WHAT IF MY RETURN IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
We cannot issue refunds for merchandise not received by our returns department. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method to ensure successful delivery.
Can I return a poster?
Posters are sold As-Is. No refunds. No returns.
Can I return Merchandise?
Ten Club will accept any unwashed/unworn merchandise item for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase (with in 90 of purchase for shipments outside of the United States).
Ten Club will not accept for return or exchange any packaged non-wearables, including CD's, DVD's, or Videos once opened.
Please Note: There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital downloads. All sales are final.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING AND POSTAGE?
Postage is paid by the customer for purchases, exchanges, and returns and is non-refundable. However, if you are returning damaged or defective merchandise, we will pay for the cost of return shipping.

All returns/exchanges must first be approved by the shipping department via email at shipping@tenclub.net
The shipping department will respond with proper return procedures.
