First register an account here.* Pick your username and enter in your email address. You must register to make a purchases in the Pearl Jam GOODS store. Registration is free but will not give you full access to any of the Ten club membership benefits.*

Once you have registered, you can purchase a Ten Club membership in the Pearl Jam GOODS store. Go to the GOODS store and click MEMBERSHIPS on the left column. Purchase a 10C Membership the same way you would purchase any merch item.

Once you have bought and paid for a 10C MEMBERSHIP, you will get full access to pearljam.com (processing could take up to an hour from time of purchase). Log on and enjoy the Ten Club Community Forums or add additional information to your Member Profile. There is much more to come in 2009!

Please use your TEN CLUB username and password to login to the site and to login to the Ten Club Community Forums. Any old username, passwords, or stored emails from the former Pearl Jam Message Pit WILL NOT WORK in the new forum. To join the official Pearl Jam fan club via the postal service, please follow the following instructions carefully:

  1. Send $20.00, if you live in the United States, or $25.00 if you live elsewhere. This fee will cover the production and shipping costs of the annual single and the newsletters. (Washington State residents need to add an additional $1.78 for sales tax.)
  2. U.S. funds only please. Check or money orders should be made payable to "Ten Club." To pay with Visa or Mastercard, please include your 16 digit card number, the expiration date and billing address (if it differs from your mailing address).
  3. Include your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address (if applicable). One membership per individual only.
  4. Please type or print legibly (particularly if you live outside the United States) to avoid postal error.

TEN CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARD

You can register an account here without needing to buy a membership in the Ten Club. But you will not be able to use the Ten Club Message Board or have access to exclusive Ten Club content. But you will be able to make purchases in the GOODS store and receive emails from Pearl Jam.

Membership Renewal Policy

The definition of the Ten Club membership renewal policy states a membership is considered delinquent on the exact date of expiration. For 90 days after the date of expiration, the membership remains delinquent but is available for renewal within this grace period. During this 90-day grace period the original membership may be renewed and all seniority will stay intact.

Renewal notices are sent out via email at the beginning of each month to all memberships that have become delinquent in the previous month, allowing each member to renew their membership within the 90-day grace period and maintain their seniority.

NOTE FOR NON-DELINQUENT MEMBER RENEWALS: Please login to your member account before renewing. Failure to do so may result in creating an entirely new account and all seniority may be lost.

Memberships that are delinquent for more than 90 days become non-member accounts and the former member will no longer receive the benefits of the Ten Club. Delinquent accounts can be renewed by logging in and purchasing a new membership. Although the Member profile and account history will remain in tact, a new member number will automatically be assigned and all seniority will be lost.

Members who wish to retrieve their original membership number that has been inactive for a duration of time, will need to provide valid reasoning for their delinquency.


TEN CLUB - TICKETS

Since the beginning of the Ten Club, Pearl Jam has been dedicated to making sure that fans get priority seating whenever possible. Sometimes, there are circumstances beyond our control that limit our ability to do this. But we go to bat for you...and most of the time, we find a way.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Purchasing tickets through the Ten Club pre-sale means you have agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing tickets from the Ten Club.

ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be an active Ten Club member as of the pronounced deadline to be eligible for any current pre-sale opportunity.
  • You cannot purchase a new Ten Club membership or renew an expired membership after the pronounce deadline and be eligible for the current pre-sale. Purchasing a membership or renewal will qualify you for future Ten Club benefits
    only. One membership per individual only.

PURCHASING TICKETS

  • Ten Club pre-sale tickets will be available online only at www.pearljam.com in the Goods section. No phone, e-mail, or mail orders will be accepted.
  • Two tickets per show, per member. No single tickets will be sold. Pairs only.
  • Pre-sale tickets are limited. Ten Club does not guarantee tickets for all eligible members regardless of seniority. Tickets are available to all eligible fan club members while supplies last.
  • Visa and Mastercard are the only acceptable forms of payment. We do not accept Discover, American Express or PayPal.
  • Ticket prices will vary.
  • If you are using someone else's credit card to purchase tickets, please make sure to log into your active Ten Club account and enter the correct billing information for the card in use. Unauthorized purchases will not be honored.
  • We do not guarantee tickets to additional shows, which could be added after the official tour announcement, but we will generate an opportunity for members to reserve tickets if possible. Information will be posted on our website if and when this happens.
  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No transfers.
  • Reselling Ten Club tickets for above face value will result in the revocation of all future ticket privileges.

TICKET CONFIRMATION

  • You will receive an order confirmation immediately after your ticket order is successfully processed. You may also view your ticket order in your profile. To access your Ten Club profile, go to Goods, click on LogIn, enter the appropriate user name and password, and click on Profile. The order confirmation is essentially receipt of your ticket purchase.
  • You will receive a follow-up confirmation email, closer to the date of the show, with details of how, when, and where to collect your Ten Club tickets.

SEATING

  • Seat location is not revealed until tickets are collected on the day of the show.
  • We reserve the best seats in the house for fan club tickets, starting from the first rows on the floor and extending back. We also reserve the side sections closest to the stage when necessary. All Ten Club tickets are for reserved seating unless otherwise announced.
  • Ten Club tickets are for reserved seating and allocated by membership seniority, with the exception of rows 1-2 and rows 9-10 which will be used for random allocation.
  • Group seating is not an option, but your pair of tickets will be seated together.
  • Wheelchair accessible seating is available through the Ten Club pre-sale. If you require ADA seating, please contact us directly at tickets@tenclub.net or 1-800-724-8038.
  • General Admission tickets purchased through the fan club will allow fan club members early entry into the venue whenever possible. Members will receive wristbands which will authorize early entry. Ten Club reserves the right to make changes to this policy when deemed necessary.

DISTRIBUTION

  • Tickets will be distributed at the venue box office on the day of the show only. We will not mail your tickets in advance of the show.
  • Tickets are pre-determined so arriving at the box office early will not increase your chances of better seats.
  • You must show a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, school ID) to collect your tickets at the box office. No exceptions. It is also helpful, but not necessary, to have your Ten Club member number available for additional verification.
  • The Ten Club member whose account was used to purchase the tickets must be present to collect the tickets on the day of the show. No exceptions.

CAMERA POLICY FOR CONCERT ATTENDEES

  • Small, handheld cameras welcome.
  • No flash in the first 20 rows.
  • No detachable lenses.
  • No professional still or recording cameras.
  • No sticks.
  • No video cameras.

AUDIO RECORDING POLICY FOR CONCERT ATTENDEES

  • Small, handheld recording devices welcome.
  • No feed from board.
  • No large, professional audio equipment.
  • No boom mics.
  • No external mics.

POSTER TUBES

  • For those interested in bringing poster tubes to concerts, we do not recommend this. If you decide to, it is at your own risk. It is usually determined by the venue's security on the day of the show whether they will be allowed inside the venue.

TEN CLUB FAQ

WHERE DOES MY MEMBERSHIP FEE GO?

Membership fees help to cover the cost of production, design and postage for the newsletters and Christmas singles. The fee for international members is $5 higher to cover international postage rates.

HOW LONG DOES MY MEMBERSHIP LAST?

Your membership is good for one year from the date it's processed. Your membership expiration date will be printed on the bottom right corner of the mailing labels on all your Ten Club mail.

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE MEMBERSHIPS?

No. One membership per individual only.

WILL BAND MEMBERS READ MY MAIL?

We can't guarantee a band member will read your mail, but the Ten Club staff opens and reads every letter. We reserve letters and gifts for the band to sift through, so we don't discourage you from sending your love.

HOW DO I GET TICKETS THROUGH THE TEN CLUB?

When a tour is announced, tickets will be made available to purchase at the Ten Club before they go on-sale to the general public. We will send all eligible members an email with the pre-sale ticket information. We will also make this information available in the NEWS and TOUR section of our site. Policies and conditions vary from tour to tour, so the most accurate information will be posted with a tour announcement.

We can not guarantee tickets for all fan club members for all shows, with limited restrictions and deadlines, but we do make them available whenever possible.

International territories can be a little tricky, but we do our best to come up with a solution to accommodate our fan club members worldwide.

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A FAN CLUB MEMBERSHIP AS A GIFT. HOW DO I DO THAT?

If you'd like to purchase a gift membership online, you'll need to make sure you are logged out of your existing membership account, and you'll need to REGISTER with the gift recipient's email address and a password. At that point, you can follow the regular directions to join the fan club, just make sure you put their name and address as the main information, and your billing information in the space provided.
