WHERE CAN I JOIN THE TEN CLUB ONLINE?

WHERE DOES MY MEMBERSHIP FEE GO?

Membership fees help to cover the cost of production, design and postage for the Newsletters, Ten Club Singles, and other Benefits that are mailed. International memberships include a $10 shipping fee.


HOW LONG DOES MY MEMBERSHIP LAST?

Your annual membership payment is good for one year from the date it is processed. Your membership expiration/renewal date is located on your MY MEMBERSHIP page. All memberships purchased after June 3rd, 2012 will be required to keep a credit card on file for annual membership renewals. This card will be automatically charged exactly one year from your current expiration date for the membership level and price you had on your last date of expiration.


CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE MEMBERSHIPS?

No. One membership per individual only.


TEN CLUB MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL POLICY

The definition of the Ten Club membership renewal policy states a membership is considered delinquent on the exact date of expiration. All membership benefits will stop on the expiration date if the membership is not renewed.


All memberships purchased after June 3rd 2012 will be required to keep a credit card on file for annual membership renewals. This card will be automatically charged exactly one year from your current expiration date for the membership level and price you had on your last date of expiration.

An email notice will be sent to all members who are expiring but their credit card info will not process. Ten Club will make 3 attempts every 48 hours to process the credit card for the annual membership fee. If the last attempt fails, Ten Club will email the member notifying them that the membership could not be renewed and is therefore expired.

For memberships that have been expired less than 90 days after the date of expiration: Your delinquent account may be renewed by logging in and purchasing a membership. Your membership benefits will start up again on that date of payment and you will retain your last member number.

For membership that have been expired for more than 90 days after the expiration date: Delinquent accounts can be renewed by logging in to the expired account and purchasing a new membership. Your membership benefits will start up again on that date of payment. However, a new member number will automatically be assigned and all seniority will be lost.

WHAT DOES AUTOMATED MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS MEAN?

It means never having to worry about losing your member number (seniority in the fan club) again! With our new site, all members are required to have a credit card number on file so that when it comes to your expiration date, the new system will automatically charge that card for the new year of membership.


DO I HAVE TO PUT MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE IN ORDER TO RENEW?

Yes, all Ten Club memberships will be set up for automatic renewal. The system will keep your credit card on file at the time you make your first renewal on the new system. After this first time you will not be asked for this information again, so be sure to keep your billing information up to date in your account.


WHAT IF DURING MY MEMBERSHIP YEAR, MY CREDIT CARD IS DEACTIVATED OR EXPIRED?

All you have to do is log in to your membership account and go to MY ACCOUNT > MY MEMBERSHIP, then click on Update Payment Info and submit your new billing information.


I WAS A MEMBER ON THE OLD SITE AND I AM STILL AN ACTIVE MEMBER. WHEN DO I NEED TO PUT MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE?

The new site will send you an email just before your Membership is about to expire warning you of that deadline. You will be asked to enter your credit/debit card info and agree to the new terms of use for future renewals. From this point forward, the site will automatically renew your membership for you. You should receive an email notification about a week or so before your renewal date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PUT MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR THE AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL?

On the day your membership is due to expire, it simply expires and you are no longer considered a member.


WHAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO RENEW?

To cancel future membership renewals, log in to your account and go to MY ACCOUNT > MY MEMBERSHIP and click on 'Do not renew membership' at the bottom left of the screen. Your billing information will then be removed and your membership will expire on the expiration date. Your current membership will stay active until your expiration date at which time your membership will simply become inactive. Should you decide to renew more than 90 days after that date, you will receive a new member number and all seniority will be lost. However, your membership and order history will remain intact.

HOW DO I GET TICKETS THROUGH THE TEN CLUB?

When a tour is announced, tickets will be made available to purchase through the Ten Club before they go on-sale to the general public. We will send all eligible members an email with the pre-sale ticket drawing information. We will also make an abbreviated public version of this information available in the NEWS and TEN CLUB EVENTS sections of our site. Policies and conditions vary from tour to tour, so the most accurate information will be posted with a tour announcement. We cannot guarantee tickets for all fan club members for all shows, with limited restrictions and deadlines, but we do make them available whenever possible. International territories can be a little tricky, but we do our best to come up with a solution to accommodate our fan club members worldwide.


I WANT TO GIFT A MEMBERSHIP. HOW DO I DO THAT?

If you'd like to purchase a gift membership online, you'll need to first make sure that you are logged out of your existing membership account if you have one. If the person you are wanting to purchase a Membership for doesn't already have an account or you don't know of their login information, you'll need to SIGN UP with their name, email address and build a password for them. If the person you are wanting to purchase a Membership for already has a registered account, you'll just want to know their login information.

After building an account for the gift recipient, you can follow the regular directions to join the fan club - At the top of the screen, click on MY ACCOUNT > BECOME A MEMBER and choose which Membership Level, then continue through the billing process. Just make sure that you put their name and address as the main information, and your billing information in the space provided. You will receive confirmation for the purchase in your name, but the account will be in their name.

PLEASE NOTE: An email confirmation will be sent to the email address registered to the gift recipient. So if you want it to be a surprise, please register with an email address that you have access to so that you can receive the activation email – we/you can update this information once you give it as a gift. 

You will then receive a confirmation/welcome email. If the gift recipient already has an account and you had made a new one for them, please be sure to let us know when you have given them the gift so that we can merge the accounts.

If you do not want an email to go to them, or you'd like to purchase the gift membership offline, you may purchase it via mail (this can take over a month), or fax: 206.447.1848 (please let us know if you fax)

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

You can always change all personal information under MY ACCOUNT. To change your email address and/or password, go to MY ACCOUNT > ONLINE PROFILE and click on 'Contact Info'. To edit your mailing address, go to MY ACCOUNT > MY ADDRESSES. Be sure to make your new address PRIMARY.


You cannot transfer an account from one person to another. The account must remain registered to the first and last name of the person who started the membership account. Member seniority and/or member benefits cannot be transferred at any time.


I GOT MARRIED AND CHANGED MY LAST NAME, HOW CAN I UPDATE THIS INFORMATION?

Please email info@tenclub.net regarding last name changes.


WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TEN CLUB STREAMING RADIO AND PEARL JAM RADIO ON SIRIUS/XM?

Ten Club Streaming Radio is hosted on PearlJam.com. You can stream it from your computer for no additional charge. Pearl Jam Radio on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio is the official Radio channel and is available only to Sirius/XM radio subscribers. More info here.
